New Homes Advisor

Exciting opportunity to join our successful and growing New Homes team based in Summertown. Experience in new homes would be a benefit but we will consider someone with a customer service background.

This is an internal new homes role, meaning you will be based at the HQ working alongside the new homes team to generate viewings and appointments through the existing database of clients across all the branches.

You will need to be excellent on the phone, be able to spot and act upon opportunities and can cross-sell between departments.

As a New Homes Advisor, you will report to the New Homes Sales Director, undertaking tasks as required, these may include;

•             Conducting viewings

•             Sales progression

•             Administration support

•             Competitor analysis

•             Developer relationship (building and liaising)

•             Marketing distribution and updates

•             Reporting spreadsheets and data collation

•             Rightmove and database usage

•             Dealing with clients face to face and on the phone

•             Covering new homes site offices, as and when required

•             Promoting third party services such as financial services and solicitor referrals

•             Excellent telephone manner

•             Time management and prioritising

•             Cross-selling

•             Attention to detail

•             Common sense and maturity to overcome complex scenarios

•             Strong IT skills

•             Communication skills

•             Customer service

•             Team ethic

•             New homes sales experience would be a benefit

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 – 18.00 and occasional weekend work may be required.
