katie@breckon.co.ukKatie set up the Asset Management & Consultancy division of Breckon & Breckon in 2009 and was previously a Partner in a national firm of Chartered Surveyors. She has been based in Oxford for over 15 years having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor up in Cheshire. Katie has grown the Asset Management division to a team of five managing assets and providing professional services for a broad range of clients across the residential, commercial and rural property sectors. Outside work, Katie can often be found wielding her racquets on the real tennis court at Merton College and the lawn tennis courts at North Oxford.

Having built up a great deal of experience as a property manager looking after the interests of our clients throughout Oxfordshire, Michelle is now our Business Operations Manager putting her enviable organisational skills to good use as we continue to grow. When not working Michelle can be found exploring all that Oxford has to offer and enjoys spending time with her family.

Having gained a wealth of experience in that sector, she saw the light and switched to become a property manager in 2002. She has been looking after the interests of clients predominantly in the city centre ever since and her background in accounts has proved to be invaluable in her methodical approach to property management. Outside work Felicity is an accomplished cornet player with Witney Town Band.

A Scot through and through, her no nonsense, honest and straightforward approach is an enormous asset to our team. Karen has not only embraced a change in our accounts and property management software to move the company forward, but copes admirably with everything the property managers challenge her with on a daily basis. Outside work Karen enjoys rural living with her family and always has a project on the go.

ben.coates@breckon.co.ukAfter completing an RICS accredited Property Finance and Investment Degree at Nottingham Trent University a good few years ago, Ben decided to pursue a career in lettings and has built up a great deal of knowledge and valuable experience in this area. However, keen to progress even further and become professionally qualified as a chartered surveyor, Ben has now moved from our Lettings team to our Asset Management team where his considered and professional approach will undoubtedly be a great asset. Outside work Ben enjoys hiking and recently completed a trip through the Alps for charity.
