Throughout our house buying journey, the Solicitors were a nightmare but Jackie of JP Knight fought for us & really became our voice and anchor. I recently sold my property through JP Knight and cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. From start to finish she was absolutely fantastic. Our chain turned out to be far more stressful than expected, with repeated delays and very poor communication from the solicitor at the bottom of the chain — but Jackie was the one who kept everything moving. She was constantly chasing, escalating, updating all parties, and keeping me fully informed throughout. On several days she was on the phone multiple times to different solicitors and buyers, doing everything she could to drive the sale over the line. Without her persistence, professionalism and calm determination, I genuinely don’t think we would have completed when we did. Jackie went above and beyond at every stage, and her support made a huge difference during what became a very challenging process. We have sold our aunts place in Wallingford whilst living in New Zealand. Dealing with a house sale from afar is a challenge but JP Knight were very helpful, communicative and personalised.
