The government has amended the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Regulations – allowing people to move home. This includes buying, selling, and letting properties across England. (Specific policies below)
In response to this decision, we have implemented our own SAFE MOVE campaign following the government’s official safe working guidance for our industry and resumed trading.
It’s important to note that whilst our Residential Sales, Letting, Property & Asset Management teams are on hand and ready to help, the safety of our clients, staff and the public will always be our number one priority.
This means that we will constantly review government advice and implement new ways of working and communicating with our clients. As the government advice evolves around the COVID-19 situation and relaxation of lockdown rules, we will keep our clients fully informed and adapt our services accordingly.

Our offices are now open Monday – Saturday and staffed appropriately. Face to face meetings will need to be by appointment only to ensure that safe social distancing measures can be adhered to and allow us time to clean meeting spaces.
